Welcome to FuntelStudio, India’s exclusive digital streaming platform for web series. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, applications, services, and all content made available by FuntelStudio ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You may use the Platform only if:

• You are at least 18 years old or are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND USER PROFILES

To use the Platform, you must register using a valid mobile number and OTP verification.

• After verification, you can select your preferred language and web series categories to customize your viewing experience.
• Each user account allows the creation of up to five (5) user profiles, enabling multiple users to maintain separate watchlists, preferences, and view progress.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree not to impersonate any other person or use someone else's contact information without permission.

3. PLATFORM FEATURES

a. Content Access

• FuntelStudio hosts only web series content, which may be structured into seasons and playlists.
• Content is curated across multiple genres and languages based on your preferences.
• We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace any content at our discretion and without notice.

b. Watchlist and Viewing History

• Users can add web series to a Watchlist and the platform will track your viewing progress automatically per profile.

c. Wallet and Recharge

• You may recharge your FuntelStudio wallet through integrated payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
• Alternatively, you may raise a manual recharge request through your account to the platform admin.
• All wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable unless mandated by applicable law.

d. Support and Grievance Redressal

• If you experience any issues with the Platform, you may raise a Support Ticket via the help section.
• Our support team will aim to respond within 72 business hours.
• For unresolved matters, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer in compliance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

4. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or breach security.
• Circumvent any access controls or use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of others.
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your profile without authorization.
• Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• All content available on FuntelStudio (including but not limited to web series, UI design, logos, and branding) is owned by or licensed to us and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable Indian laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written consent.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Access to certain content may require wallet balance or subscription credits.
• All transactions are subject to successful payment gateway authorization.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy and applicable RBI and consumer protection guidelines.

7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Your actions may cause harm to us, other users, or violate third-party rights.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, and you will forfeit all wallet balances unless otherwise required by law.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
• We make no guarantees regarding content availability, speed, or quality of streaming.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuntelStudio and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of data, profits, or reputation due to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorized access or alterations to your transmissions or data.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• The Platform may integrate or contain links to third-party services, including payment gateways.
• We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or availability of these services.
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., Pune, Maharashtra].
