1. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content uploaded to Funtel Studio. However, by uploading content, you grant Funtel Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the operation and marketing of the platform.

2. Permissible Use

You agree to use Funtel Studio solely for lawful purposes. You are fully responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property and copyright laws.

3. Payment and Revenue Sharing

If you are a content channel owner, you are entitled to receive 90% of the net revenue generated from your content. Funtel Studio retains a 10% platform fee for operational costs including hosting, distribution, and technical maintenance. Payment details and schedules are governed by our Payment Policy.

4. Account Termination and Content Removal

Funtel Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws. Such actions may be taken without prior notice.

5. Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to update, alter, or discontinue any aspect of the platform—including but not limited to features, services, and access—at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Funtel Studio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or any content you upload.
